Our Patient Care Coordinators will submit claim forms to any insurance company so that you receive the maximum benefits from your insurance plan. You are responsible for any balance of the fee not covered by insurance.
Our Patient Care Coordinators can provide procedure codes in order to ask your insurance provider about coverage. We are also happy to submit a predetermination request to find out your specific coverage eligibility.
